What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology achieves goals, improves health, vitality, greater range of movement, and can reduce pain.  Through non-invasive and gentle means, it triggers the bodies innate healing system to remind it to heal itself.

Kinesiology has its origins in Chiropractic.  It uses the art of muscle monitoring, combined with the principles of Chinese Medicine, Applied Physiology and Nutrition.  ​  

Muscle monitoring identifies the physical, mental, emotional and nutritional stress response held in the body.

Our body and our nervous system store all the subconscious memories, emotions and patterns of our whole life experience that can be hindering our health.  When identifying and correcting this, it enables healing to occur.  

How can Kinesiology help?

The flow of energy within and around the body is connected to our muscles, organs, tissues and cells through the Chakra and Acupuncture Systems.

Kinesiology techniques correct the body's energetic flow, restoring it back to a state of homeostasis.
